7th Grade: Welcome to Reality Town
Our 7th graders took a giant leap into young adulthood today! Through the Reality Town simulation, students navigated the "real world" with assigned careers, salaries, families, and financial obligations. From balancing budgets to paying for housing and insurance, students are learning essentials skills for success.
8th & 9th Grade: Professional Insights
While the 7th graders were crunching numbers, our 8th and 9th graders spent the morning with an incredible lineup of community professionals. We had experts from various fields—including graphic design, healthcare, public safety, money management, and the arts—sharing their journeys and "day-in-the-life" stories.
Networking: Students asked questions about salary, schooling, and daily challenges.
Inspiration: Seeing local success stories helps our students visualize their own paths after Snowcrest.
