- AI becoming more integrated. Teachers’ optional training on using AI and how to teach students
to appropriately use AI.

- PBIS updates - Mr. Brown at lunch to help reinforce proper behavior

- Ideas for gathering community feedback

- Ideas for School Improvement Plan for next year regarding measuring student success. Propose
similar spending plan for partial teacher/aide salaries, technology and maybe add $ for trainings
for new technologies teachers can use. Mr. Morse will send a draft before March meeting for
review. Same metric for measurement? Stay focused on academic growth?
